What are regulations on form of update of data on spam messages and spam calls in Vietnam? Thank you!
Pursuant to the Appendix issued together with the Circular 22/2021/TT-BTTTT (takes effect from 01/03/2022) stipulating form of update of data on spam messages and spam calls in Vietnam as follows:

(1) Number of valid reports on spam messages from users (sent to 5656) means the number of reports on spam messages received on the receiving system of reports on spam messages (sent to 5656) when having full information on the sending source; number of reports; content of reports has meaning; reports do not contain duplicated information within 1 hour regarding the sending source, reporting phone number, and reporting content, verified to have data on telecommunications networks by a telecommunications enterprise.
(2) Number of incoming messages by that network’s subscriber means the total messages the subscriber of that network received including messages from users to users; from applications to users; messages from short brand names and numbers, excluding incoming messages from abroad.
(3) Number of cross-network spam messages blocked of Network A means the total spam messages sent from network A to other networks, blocked by other networks, and reported to AIS.
(4) Number of messages sent of network A sent to other networks means the total messages sent from network A to other networks and reported to AIS by network A.
(5) Number of subscribers sending spam messages blocked by network A means the number of subscribers receiving one-way blocks due to the act of sending spam messages.
(6) Number of valid reports on spam calls from users (sent to 5656) means the number of reports on spam calls received on the receiving system of reports on spam messages (sent to 5656) when having full information on the sending source; number of reports; content of reports has meaning; reports do not contain duplicated information within 1 hour regarding the sending source, reporting phone number, and reporting content, verified to have data on telecommunications networks by a telecommunications enterprise.
(7) Number of outgoing calls means the number of calls that network's subscriber made, including internal calls and cross-network calls.
