What are regulations on postage stamp issue occasions in Vietnam?

Pursuant to Article 5 of the Circular 25/2021/TT-BTTTT (takes effect from 01/03/2022) stipulating postage stamp issue occasions in Vietnam as follows:

- Issue occasions of commemorative stamps

+ Regarding commemorative stamps for an event, the stamps shall be issued for the first time on the 50^th anniversary of said event and every 50 anniversaries of said event.

+ Regarding commemorative stamps for a person, the stamps shall be issued for the first time on the 100^th anniversary of said person’s birth or death and every 50 anniversaries of said person's birth or death.

- Issue occasions of thematic, definitive, and commemorative stamps in special cases shall be decided by Ministry of Information and Communications

What are regulations on postage stamp issuance in Vietnam?

Pursuant to Article 17 of the Circular 25/2021/TT-BTTTT (takes effect from 01/03/2022) stipulating postage stamp issuance in Vietnam as follows:

The Ministry of Information and Communications shall decide on issuance of a set of postage stamp with the following information:

- Code of the stamp sets, sample of the stamp sets, stamp block (if any); name of the stamp sets, the stamps, and the stamp block (if any).

- Number of issued postage stamps and stamp blocks (if any); denomination of postage stamp and stamp block (if any).

- Technical requirements.

- Date of issue; date of provision of postage stamp and other relevant details.
