Hello Lawnet. I have a question regarding planning activities in Vietnam. According to latest regulations, what are regulations on norms for direct activities in planning in Vietnam? Thank you!

    • Pursuant to Article 6 of the Circular 08/2019/TT-BKHĐT (takes effect from 01/07/2019) stipulating regulations on norms for direct activities in planning in Vietnam as follows:

      1. Norms for direct activities serving national comprehensive planning are provided in the Appendix III hereof.

      2. Norms for direct activities serving national marine spatial planning are provided in the Appendix IV hereof.

      3. Norms for direct activities serving national land use planning are provided in the Appendix V hereof.

      4. Norms for direct activities serving national sector planning are provided in the Appendix VI hereof.

      5. Norms for direct activities serving standard regional planning are provided in the Appendix VII hereof.

      6. Norms for direct activities serving standard provincial planning are provided in the Appendix VIII hereof.

      Above are regulations on norms for direct activities in planning in Vietnam.
