Pursuant to Clause 2, Article 10 of the charter of preschools issued together with the Circular 52/2020/TT-BGDDT stipulating as follows:

Vice-principals of public preschools are appointed by the Chairman of the People's Committee of the district; vice-principals of people-founded or private preschools are recognized by the Chairman of the People's Committee of the district. The term of office of a vice-principal is 5 years. After each school year, the vice-principal will receive feedback from public employees and employees in the school and evaluation from competent authorities as per regulation;

As regulations above, vice-principals of public preschools are appointed by the Chairman of the People's Committee of the district. What are tasks and entitlements of vice-principals of preschools in Vietnam?

Pursuant to Clause 2, Article 10 of the charter of preschools issued together with the Circular 52/2020/TT-BGDDT stipulating tasks and entitlements of vice-principals of preschools in Vietnam as follows:

- Assume responsibility to perform tasks assigned by the principal; perform etiquette principles of managers as per regulation.

- Operate the school when authorized by the principal.

- Participate in daily activities with divisions of specialities or offices; directly participate in educational activities 4 hours per week; conduct self-study and advanced training to improve the professional capability and managerial capability; benefit from preferential allowances for teachers and preferential policies as per regulation.

- Conduct private investment in education and promote the role of the school in the community.
