What are the contents of operation plan and aircraft parking configuration in Vietnam?

Pursuant to Clause 7, Article 4 of Circular 29/2021/TT-BGTVT (Effective from 15/01/2022), regulations on operation plan and aircraft parking configuration in Vietnam include:

a) Procedures for operation of aircrafts on runways, taxiways and aprons;

b) Diagram of painted markings of runways, taxiways, aprons and aircraft stands;

c) Coordinates of aircraft stands and aircraft surface movement guidance indicators (according to WGS-84);

d) Types of aircraft for each stand;

dd) Operation procedure and service plan for each stand (if any).

Besides, the main specifications of aircraft parking include:

a) Designation of the apron;

b) Length and width of the apron;

c) Length and width of the taxiway's shoulders;

d) Slope of the apron;

dd) Apron weight bearing capacity;

e) Type of coating of apron pavement surface.
