Please support under regulations on mandatory information to be shown on label of passenger four-wheeled motor vehicles in Vietnam.

    • According to Clause 1, Article 10 of Decree 43/2017/ND-CP, there are regulations on mandatory information to be shown on label in Vietnam:

      1. Mandatory information to be shown on a label:

      a) Name of goods;

      b) Name and address of entity responsible for the goods;

      c) Origin of goods;

      d) Other details in conformity with the nature of the goods prescribed in Appendix I of this Decree and relevant legislative documents.

      Pursuant to Appendix I of this Decree, for passenger four-wheeled motor vehicles in Vietnam, the following information must be added:

      a) Name of manufacturer;

      b) Trademark, commercial name, model code;

      c) Unladen weight;

      d) Maximum number of passengers;

      dd) Gross vehicle weight;

      e) Chassis number or vehicle identification number (VIN);

      g) Type approval number - for vehicles domestically manufactured/assembled;

      h) Year of manufacture;

      i) Warnings (if any).
