If my motorbike violates traffic laws in Vietnam, how many days can my motorbike be impounded?

Clause 1 Article 82 of Decree 100/2019/ND-CP provides:

Pursuant to Clause 2 Article 125 of the Law on Actions against administrative violations, to immediately stop the violation, the person entitled to impose penalties is allowed to impound the vehicle for up to 07 days before issuing a decision on penalty imposition for the violations specified in:

Thus, if motorcycles violate the errors specified in this Clause 1 when participating in traffic, the persons with sanctioning competence may hold vehicles for up to 07 days before issuing the decision on sanctioning in Vietnam.
